He was blessed with a large and loving family that will forever think
the world of him. He took his role as a provider very seriously and, at
the peak of his career, he worked across the country as the Executive
Director of Maintenance and Modifications within various Nuclear Power
Plants such as Salsbury Industires, CB7I and Entergy.
He was a cherished husband for more than 20 years, an amazing father and
the best Popeye and Paw Paw to his grandchildren. He had a passion for
cooking, and one could usually find him behind a grill preparing his
famous "Billy Burgers" or in the kitchen cooking various types of
breakfast foods. He loved nothing more than spending time with each and
every one of his family members. His gentle spirit and genuine
compassion for others enriched the lives of everyone around him.
He leaves a legacy of love, laughter and compassion that will endure his
family and friends forever. Though he may be gone from sight, his memory
will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones. His memory will
forever be a beacon of love and light that will guide his loved ones
through the darkest of days. May he rest in eternal peace, knowing he
was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
He died on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at his residence, surrounded by his
loving family.
