Funeral services for John R. “John Boy” Hunt Jr., 50, of Natchez were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022, at Jerusalem Baptist Church in Roxie with Pastor Leroy White officiating.

Interment was in Hunt Cemetery.

Visitation was held from 3 to 5 p.m., Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, at The Lighthouse Center in Meadville, and from 10 a.m., until the time of service at the church on Saturday, Oct. 29.

He was born to John R. Hunt Sr., and Evelyn Bass on Nov. 23, 1971, in Adams County and passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022, at his residence.
