Funeral services for Marjorie Emfinger, 91, of Meadville, were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, at New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Calvin Wactor officiating.

Interment followed in the New Hope Cemetery.

Visitation was held from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Monday, Nov. 22 at New Hope Baptist Church.

Mrs. Emfinger, a long-time and dedicated member of New Hope Baptist Church, was born to Dunk Zumbro and Rosalie Bonds Zumbro on April 23, 1930, in Franklin County, and passed from this life on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville.

The family suggests memorials be made in Mrs. Emfinger’s name to New Hope Baptist Church, 1086 Oldenburg Road, Meadville, MS 39653.
