Graveside services for Ola Mae Holden, 93, of Liberty, were held at 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 15, 2021, at Ramah Baptist Cemetery in Franklin County.

She was born to Charlie Smith and Mary Chisholm Smith on Oct. 1, 1928, in McCall Creek, and joined her Heavenly Father on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021.
She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, and sang in the choir with the Sweet Spirit Singers.
She retired from Kellwood Manufacturing after 35 years of service.
Her favorite activity was spending time with her family, children and especially her grandchildren, and she always enjoyed attending her children’s sport activities.
She was also the caretaker for her daughter, Patricia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Gwendolyn Davis; her two brothers and her two sisters.

Survivors include her children, Charles Glen Holden (Libby), Patricia Holden, James Holden (Claudette), Guy David Holden (Amanda); her seven grandchildren, Meredith Strahan Waggoner, Chip Holden, Ellen DiGiosia, Racheal Mechelle Rice, Lauren Jo Smith, Christina Leigh Holden and Kari Lynne Riddell; and her nine great-grandchildren.
