Jeremy E. Pickett, 38, of Smithdale, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb.
Private services for Mr. Pickett will be held at a later date.

He was born to Earl Pickett and Sharron Bradley Pickett in Centreville on July 24, 1984.

Mr. Pickett attended Franklin County High School in Meadville, and furthered his education by receiving a post-secondary degree in engineering.
He worked as a tug boat captain, and was an enthusiast when it came to motorcycles as he loved to ride.
He was a United States Army veteran and enjoyed his time traveling, fishing and being with his family.
He had a host of friends and his bubbly personality was infectious.

He was preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents, Raymond and Donna Bradley and Elton B. Pickett and Vera Myers Pickett.

Survivors include his mother, Sharron Pickett of Smithdale; his fiance, Samantha Etheridge of Smithdale; his children, Angel-Skie Pickett of Palmer, Alaska, Carmin Banks of Smithdale, Jayden Pickett of Palmer, Alaska, Raydin Banks of Smithdale and Skylin Banks of Smithdale; and numerous other relatives and many friends.
