funding through the HOME Rental Housing, HOME ARP, Housing Trust Fund
(HTF) programs. Sunshine Apartments is a proposed rehabilitation
development located in Roxie, MS. The State of Mississippi has
allocated the aforementioned funds that are to be used for project Gap
financing.
