NOTICE TO UNKNOWN CREDITORS
OF
PHARES HILLTOP FARMS, LLC
Notice is hereby given that Phares Hilltop Farms, LLC, a Mississippi 
limited liability company (the "Company"), has been dissolved on 
June 26, 2026, pursuant to Mississippi Code § 79-29-819.
All persons or entities having claims against the Company, are hereby 
notified that claims must be presented in writing and must include:
The name, address, and telephone number of the claimant;
A description of the nature and amount of the claim; and
Any supporting documentation reasonably necessary to substantiate the 
claim.
Claims must be mailed to Alanna Phares Short Davis, Manager of Phares 
Hilltop Farms, LLC at 2283 Greenwell Springs Road, Greenwell Springs, 
Louisiana 70739. All claims against the Company will be barred unless a 
proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years 
after the publication of this notice, as provided by Mississippi Law. 
The Company is in process of winding up its affairs. Any claims not 
properly submitted may be barred as allowed by law.

extension of inactive well status for the above-referenced well. Said
