ERNEST "SONNY" SIMS, JR.

Funeral services for Ernest "Sonny" Sims, Jr., 68, of Bude, will be 
conducted on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from the Lighthouse Center, with 
Rev. Sean Duckett officiating.

Interment will follow at Meadville Cemetery.

Born on Feb. 5, 1958 in Natchez, he was the son of the late Edna Lee 
Sims Ford and the late Ernest "Son" Cameron.

He died on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at the VA Hospital in Jackson.

Marshall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
