Funeral services for Jessie A. Moore, 90, of Smithdale, were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Smithdale with Pastor Oliver Smith officiating.

Interment was in the church cemetery.

Visitation was held from 10 a.m., until the time of service on Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Moore was born to Mr. Jesse Cain and Mrs. Ada Knox-Cain on Aug. 8, 1931, in Smithdale, and passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at Liberty Community Living Center.
