NOTICE OF PROPOSED BRANCH ACQUISITION
Notice is hereby given that Bank of Franklin, Meadville, Mississippi,
has made application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation,
Washington, D.C. 20429, for its written consent to assume the deposits
and purchase the assets of the BankPlus Branch Office located at 1028
Highway 51, McComb, Mississippi (the "Branch"). The main office of
BankPlus is in Belzoni, Mississippi. The deposits assumed and assets
purchased of the Branch will be relocated to and consolidated with the
existing Bank of Franklin branch facility located at 511 Apache Drive,

ORDINANCE SETTING SPEED LIMITS FOR PORTIONS OF SEALE ROAD NW
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Supervisors of Franklin County,
Mississippi, as follows:

having been determined to travel at a speed which is greater than is
reasonable or safe under conditions found to exist upon such portion of
Seale Road NW, and after an inspection of the road, the access and exit

traffic to use the road, the proximity of residences and other
structures to the road, and other relevant factors, and in accordance
with Miss. Code Ann. Section 63-3-511 (1972 & Supp), the speed limits
for those portions of Seale Road NW as set forth herein, are hereby set
as follows and these speed limits shall be posted according to law and
