Mass of Christian Burial services for Stella Patricia “Patsy” Steele LeBlanc, 82, of Lakeland, La., were held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 25, 2022, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lakeland, La.

Interment was in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

Visitation took place from 9:30 a.m., until the time of service on Monday, April 25 at the church.

A native of Franklin County’s Meadville community as well as Baton Rouge, La., Mrs. LeBlanc passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Emerson D. LeBlanc Sr.; her father, James Andrew Steele; her mother, Ruth Edith Barcelona; her sister, Vera Ann Smith; and her brothers, Ray Steele and DeLea Steele.
Survivors include her daughters, Deborah LeBlanc, Dana Jarreau (Dale), Sandy Vosburg (Randy), Delia Penrod (Josh); her sons, Emerson LeBlanc Jr., and Michael LeBlanc (Lisa); 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jerry (Jane) Steele.

Niland’s Funeral Service Inc., of New Roads, La., was in charge of arrangements.
