On or about August 22, 2025 the SWMPDD will submit a request to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of
2024 Community Project Special Appropriations funds under Title I of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as authorized by the
Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024, to undertake a project known as
Community Project Funding for the purpose of supporting economic
development and community improvements, project cost of $500,000 within
Town of Woodville, Wilkinson County, Town of Bude, Town of Gloster, and
the Town of Centreville.

Courts if an action is brought to enforce responsibilities in relation
to the environmental review process and that these responsibilities have

responsibilities under NEPA and related laws and authorities and allows
the SWMPDD to use Program funds.
