TAKE NOTICE that Wilcox Energy Company ("Petitioner") has filed a 
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above 
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under 
Statewide Rule 28 for the Federal "RF" No. 2 Well (API No. 23-037-20983) 
("the Well") in the Roxie Field in Franklin County, Mississippi, and for 
other relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter 
is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and 
Gas Board and may there be examined
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 18th day of 
June, 2025, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, 
at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
