TAKE NOTICE that Stroud Petroleum, Inc. ("Petitioner") has filed a 
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above 
Docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under 
Statewide Rule 28 for the Seab USA 12-15 No. 2 Well (API No. 
23-037-21530) in the Roxie Field, Franklin County, Mississippi.
The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of 
the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of 
April, 2025, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must 
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention 
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025, which is 
seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure
