Bulldogs reach Sweet Sixteen in 3A playoffs

Franklin County High School's varsity boys basketball team will play at least one more game in the Class 3A playoffs.

That's because the Bulldogs held on to top Jefferson Davis County, 48-46, in an opening round game at home Tuesday night.

The Bulldogs will now travel to St. Stanislaus a second round contest Saturday.
