AJFC Community Action Agency invites qualified bidders to submit offers 
for the purchase of two (2) 2003 IC Corporation 3000 buses. These 
vehicles were operational the last time they were in use but are being 
sold "as-is" with no warranties nor guarantees. Bidders may submit 
offers to purchase one of both buses.
Vehicle Details
1. Make and Model: 2003 IC Corporation 3000
Condition:
* Both buses are running.
* Current condition is sold as-is. No further repairs nor updates will 
be performed.
* Inspections are encouraged prior to bid submission.
Bid Requirements
Interested bidders must include the following information in their 
submissions:
1. Bidder's full name, company name (if applicable), address, and 
contact details.
2. A clear bid amount for one or both buses. Please specify which 
bus(es) the bid is for.
3. Proof of capability to pay the bid amount upon award.
4. Any additional terms of conditions the bidder wishes to propose.
5. Bidders are responsible for transportation of vehicles upon purchase.

Evaluation and Award
Bids will be evaluated based on:
1. Bid amount.
2. Completeness of submission.
3. Bidder's ability to meet payment and transportation requirements.
Terms and Conditions
1. Vehicles are sold as-is, with no warranties nor guarantees expressed 
or implied.
2. Payment must be made in full within three (3) days of award 
notification.
3. Vehicles must be removed from AJFC premises within three (3) days of 
payment receipt.
4. Bidders may purchase one of both buses, based on their submitted 
bid(s).
AJFC Community Action Agency reserves the right to reject any or all 
bids and to award the sale to the bidder(s) that best meet the agency's 
needs.
