Heirship, by Plaintiffs Hattie Mae Graves, Reginald Harton Graves and 
Nicole Yvette Graves, seeking a Determination of Heirship of Nathaniel 
B. Graves, deceased. 

You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint filed 
against you in this action at 10:30 A.M. on the 4th day of March, 2025, 
in the courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse at Meadville, 
Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a 
judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things 
demanded in complaint.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do 
so if you desire.
