Paul Keane | Franklin Advocate Officials and employees with Pipe & Steel Industrial set up shop at Granny's Corner on Tuesday, Dec. 31 to hand out free meals to anyone in the community or wanting one. Box meals of Pastalya and white beans were served from large industrial size pots for anyone who stopped by Leon Badeaux said they just wanted to help out in any way possible after the storms on Dec. 28, and that they alerted law enforcement, first responders and utility crews that meals were available. Working the line were Leon Badeaux, Rhonda Badeaux, Mike Massar, Kenny Day, Brock Arnold, William Harrison and Cliff Cannon.
