requirements of the Mississippi State Highway Department Specifications 
for Secondary Road Systems. Bidders for sale of creosote materials must 
quote pounds of creosote treatment and delivery time from date order is 
placed. Delivery time will be considered in acceptance of bids. 
Freight should be quoted per loaded road mile.
Bids should include FOB Plant and FOB County. Freight should be per 
loaded road mile for FOB County quotes. Bidders for sale of creosote 
material must quote the delivery time from the date the order is placed.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT BRANCH
Notice is hereby given that Bank of Franklin, Meadville, Franklin 
County, Mississippi has made application to the Federal Deposit 
Insurance Corporation, Washington, D.C. 20429 and to the Commissioner, 
Department of Banking and Consumer Finance, State of Mississippi, for 
written consent to establish and operate a temporary branch bank at 601 
Franklin Street, Natchez, Adams County, Mississippi 39120 and the 
permanent branch upon completion to be established and operated within 
one (1) mile of the temporary office at 264 John R. Junkin Dr., Natchez, 
Adams County, Mississippi 39120.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his/her 
comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit 
Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office located at 600 North Pearl
