Funeral services for Donald Ezell, 81, of Bude, will be at 10 a.m. on
Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024 from First Baptist Church of Bude, with Rev.
Tyson Windom and Rev. Billie Joe Deer officiating.

Born on Sept. 9, 1943 in Meadville to Elbert and Nettie Ezell, he
enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandchildren and friends. He also
enjoyed running his rabbit dogs. He was a loving husband, father, Popa
and friend.

He died on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024 at his residence with his loving family
by his side.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Melba Ezell; his daughters and
son-in-law, Jill and Dunc McCormick and Christy Ezell Van Norman; his
son and daughter-in-law, Hunter and Deanna Ezell; his brother and
sister-in-law, Claude and Pat Ezell; his grandchildren, Tanner Van
Norman, Anna McCormick, Brock Ezell, Kaitlyn Van Norman, Braden Ezell
and Noah McCormick; and a host of family and friends.

Born on Dec. 27, 1955 to the late Leroy Scroggs and Florence Noseworthy
in New Orleans, La., she was a faithful wife of 51 years. She loved her
grandchildren, spending time with her children and being outdoors. She
was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be missed by
all those who knew and loved her.
