SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on August 26, 1991, Annette H. Smith and Tommie L. Stewart 
executed a Deed of Trust to Larry C. Smith, as Trustee for the benefit 
of the United States of America, acting through the Farmer Home 
Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, which Deed of 
Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of 
Franklin County, Mississippi, in Book 187 at Page 276 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said Deed of Trust and the note secured 
thereby, substituted James E. Albertelli, P.A. dba ALAW as Trustee 
therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded in 
the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 2024 at Page 3937 
(Instrument #76971); and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions 
and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and having been 
requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described 
by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that James E. 
Albertelli, P.A. dba ALAW, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the

accepted and no personal checks will be accepted. Amounts received in

at the time the foreclosure deed is delivered.
Should the undersigned become the last and highest bidder at the 
foreclosure sale, the Substitute Trustee is hereby authorized to 
transfer and assign said bid and to convey title to said foreclosed 
property to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United 
States of America, or the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, an 
Officer of the United States of America, or whomever the undersigned

TAKE NOTICE that KFG Petroleum Corporation ("Petitioner") has filed a 
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above 
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under 
Statewide Rule 28 for the Drouet Poole Est. No. 1 Well (API No. 
23-037-21548) in Franklin County, Mississippi. 
The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of 
the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of 
October, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must 
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention 
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2024, which is
