heir-at-law of the deceased, Joseph E. Ratcliff, as fully set out in the


Petition on file in the Chancery Court of Franklin County, Mississippi.

REAPPRAISAL OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board of


Supervisors of Franklin County, Mississippi, to receive sealed bids


until the hour of 10:00 o'clock A. M. on September 16, 2024, at the


Courthouse in the Town of Meadville, Mississippi, for reappraisal of


real and personal property within the boundaries of Franklin County,


Mississippi. The contract will be for a period of four years commencing


January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2028. The reappraisals will


consist of 25% per year with maintenance and updates including data


entry. Experience of ten years with county reappraisal is required with


five (5) updates within the last five years. General specifications and

EXCESSIVE NOISE ORDINANCE

PURSUANT TO MISS. CODE ANN. SECTION 21-17-19

(1972 AS AMENDED)

1. Name of Ordinance: Town of Meadville Excessive Noise Ordinance

2. Date of Adoption: August 13, 2024

3. Explanatory Statement summarizing the full text of the Public Measure


or Amendment thereto including the chief purpose thereto:

The purpose of this Ordinance is to regulate and prohibit excessive


noise in the Town of Meadville and providing for penalties for violation


of the Ordinance.

4. A copy of the full text of the Ordinance, during the entire time of


publication of this Explanatory Statement, shall be posted by the Town


Clerk for the Town of Meadville at: (1) the Meadville Town Hall, (2)


Meadville Post Office, and (3) the Franklin County Courthouse.

5. The Town Clerk will furnish any resident of the Town of Meadville, a


copy of the full text of this Annexation Ordinance thereto upon request.
