Town of Meadville passes noise ordinance

Nicole Stokes | Franklin Advocate The Town of Meadville recently purchased a flat screen TV to serve as a monitor for the Board Room/Town Courtroom. Municipal Court Judge Bill Halford said the display is very helpful when viewing videos and other necessary documents in court cases, as the former viewing method used was much smaller and harder to see.
