PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that Miss-Lou Operating, LLC ("Petitioner") has filed a
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under
Statewide Rule 28 for the following wells ("the Wells") in the Tom
Branch Field, Franklin County, Mississippi:

The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of
the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 18th day of
September, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2024, which
is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing.
Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall
be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
