Heirship, by Plaintiff John Brayden White, seeking a Determination of

Heirship of Eric Christopher White, deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint filed

against you in this action at 10:30 A.M. on the 3rd day of September,

2024, in the courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse at Meadville,

Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a

judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things

demanded in complaint.

PUBLIC NOTICE

To all owners of, and persons interested in the Ezell 8-11 No. 1 Well

and the Ezell 8-14 No. 1 Well in Middle Fork Field, Franklin County,

Mississippi:

Take notice that Black Jack Oil Company, Inc. has filed a petition in

this docket requesting the Board to enter an order granting an extension

of inactive well

status for the above-mentioned wells. Said Petition will be heard by

this Board at 9 a.m. on August 28, 2024, in Suite E, 500 Greymont

Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place all

interested parties may appear and contest said matter. A copy of said

Petition and documents filed therewith are on file in the office

of this Board and may be there examined by any person interested. If

you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must

notify the Board and the petitioner's representative of your intention

in writing not later than 5 p.m. on August 20, 2024. Failure to so

notify the Board and the petitioner's representative shall be a

waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.

You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition

which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board

will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in

accordance with the evidence presented.
