undersigned upon the Estate of Sherrod Scott, deceased, notice is hereby
given to all persons having claims against said estate to present same
to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law
within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this
Notice. Failure to do so will forever bar said claims.

TAKE NOTICE that Watchtower Petroleum, LLC ("Petitioner") has filed
a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under
Statewide Rule 28 for Lehmann No. 6 Well (API No. 23-037-20735) located
in the East Oldenburg Field, Franklin County, Mississippi.
The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of
the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 28th day of
August, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, 2024, which is

The purpose of the below technical specifications list is for the
Franklin County Board of Supervisors to purchase ONE mini hydraulic
excavator with auxiliary hydraulics and standard bucket which includes
an operator station which includes a radio and analogue display; 19,401
lb Operating Weight; 14' 10" Dig Depth. Adequate cooling and fuel
capacity shall be provided for continuous operation during one full
shift. Unit shall be designed for digging, trenching, and moving
material and shall arrive with primary implement mounted and prepared
for operation. Units supplied to this contract specification shall meet
or exceed these requirements. Technical specification compliance and
acceptance is determined at the discretion of the Agency/Department's
engineers and/or staff. The supplied unit shall be new, and of the
latest design of a model in current production or an update of an
existing model. The supplied unit shall also be furnished with
identical equipment, options and features as listed below. It shall be
furnished completely assembled, fully serviced, and ready for immediate
operation. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids proposing

Notice is hereby given that at its regular monthly meeting to be held at
9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite
E, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the
Petition of Miss-Lou Operating, LLC, for an Order granting it additional
time to repair or plug the Central Lumber Mineral Company 7-4 No. 1 SWD
Well located as follows:
