NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms
and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated January 15, 2021, executed by
GERVEN SMITH and MICHELLE LYNN MASHAW conveying certain real property
therein described to HEATHER LOVIER, as Trustee, for MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS BENEFICIARY, AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS,
LLC, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described,
as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of
Franklin County, Mississippi filed and recorded March 31, 2021, in Deed
Book 335, Page 234; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred
and assigned to Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the

TAKE NOTICE that Lahoma Operating, Inc. ("Petitioner") has filed a
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under
Statewide Rule 28 for the USA No. 3 Well (API No. 23-037-20867) located
in the Dry Bayou Field, Franklin County, Mississippi and for other
relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on
file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas
Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of
June, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202,
at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must
