WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms
and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 28, 2010, executed by
REGINA TENNER and WENDELL TENNER, JR. conveying certain real property
therein described to DAVID W. KIOUS, as Trustee, for Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Guaranty
Trust Company, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein
described, as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk
of Franklin County, Mississippi filed and recorded June 30, 2010, in
Deed Book 272, Page 736; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred
and assigned to U.S. Bank Trust National Association as trustee for
Brackenridge Mortgage Trust; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the
undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent,

TAKE NOTICE that Miss-Lou Operating, LLC ("Petitioner") has filed a
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under
Statewide Rule 28 for the following wells ("the Wells") in the St.
Quentin Field, Franklin County, Mississippi
1. Central Lumber Mineral Co. 6-13 No. 1 Well (API No. 23-037-21505)
2. Central Lumber Co. 12 No. 2 Well (API No. 23-037-21503)
3. Sajo Corp. 6-6 No. 1 Well (API No. 23-037-21493)
4. Central Lumber Co. 12-1 No. 1 Well (API No. 23-037-21492)
5. Central Lumber Co. 6-1 No. 1 Well (API No. 23-037-21480)
and for other relief as set forth in the Petition.
The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of
the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of
March, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2024, which is

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Franklin County,
Mississippi, will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March
18th, 2024, in the Supervisor's Board Room at the Franklin County,
Mississippi Courthouse in the Town of Meadville, Franklin County,
Mississippi, on the question of the abandonment of a section of that
certain public road which is a part of the county road system being
described as follows:
IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST
The portion of Cemetery Lane past the old Thornton Cemetery which is
approximately .4 mile from Highway 570. Said portion is more
specifically described as all that part and portion of Cemetery Lane SE
lying and being situated Northerly of the South line of the South Half
of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S 1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW
1/4) in Section 33, Township 5 North, Range 5 East, Franklin County,
Mississippi.
RESOLVED on this the 5th day of February, 2024 and by order of the
Franklin County Board of Supervisors.
