You have been made a Defendant in the suite filed in this Court by Mina
Jo Schneyer, in her capacity as Executrix of the Estate of Betty
Wilkinson, Deceased, whereby seeking the relief sought in the Petition
to Waive Final Accounting, Close Probate, and Discharge Executrix. You
are summoned to appear and defend against Petition at 10:30 a.m. on the
6th day of February 2024 in the Chancery Court of Franklin County,
Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a
judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things
demand in the complaint or petition. You are not required to file an
answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.

STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
FRANKLIN COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Franklin County,
Mississippi, will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a. m. on Tuesday,
January 16th, 2024, in the Supervisor's Board Room at the Franklin
County, Mississippi Courthouse in the Town of Meadville, Franklin
County, Mississippi, on the question of the abandonment of a section of
that certain public road which is a part of the county road system being
described as follows:
IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST
All that part and portion of Bowlin Lane SE lying and being situated
Westerly of the East line of the West half of the West half of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 of W1/2 of SE1/4 of SW1/4),
and Westerly of any Northerly extension of said line, in Section 19,
Township 5 North, Range 5 East, Franklin County, Mississippi;
RESOLVED on this the 4th day of December, 2023 and by order of the
Franklin County Board of Supervisors.

WHEREAS, on the 28th day of August 2020, in Cause No. 19CH
1:20-cv-94-DKH, Letters Testamentary on the Estates of Edward Lamar
Beach, Deceased, were granted and issues out of the Chancery Court of
Franklin County, Mississippi, to the undersigned as Administratix;
NOW, THEREFORE, all persons having claims against the Estate of said
Decedent are hereby notified and required to have the same probated,
registered and allowed by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Franklin
County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days after the date of the first
publication of this notice, and all claims not so probated, registered
and allowed within ninety (90) days will be forever barred.
