WHEREAS, on October 24, 2017, Hilda Myers executed a Deed of Trust to J. Barret Martin, as Trustee for United Mississippi Bank, being the Lender therein, under the terms of which the hereinafter described property was conveyed to said Trustee to secure the payment to the said Lender of a certain indebtedness therein mentioned and described, which Deed of Trust is of record in Book 316, at page 494, among the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Franklin County, Mississippi;
