NOTICE OF EXAMINATION AND ADJUDICATION
The time for probating and registering claims having elapsed in the
estate of Columbus Brown, deceased, notice is hereby given to all
persons having claims not required by law to be probated and registered,
that all claims shall be filed with the Clerk of said Court on or
before 10:30 a.m. on the 31st day of October, A. D., 2023, being the
time that the Court shall examine into the validity of each claim which
has been probated and registered and such other claims as may have been
filed with the Clerk pursuant to this notice. It is not necessary for
any creditor to refile with the Clerk any claim which has been duly
probated and registered within the time and in the manner required by
law. All other claims, unless filed with the Clerk on or before 10:30
a.m. on the 31st day of October, A. D., 2023, shall not be allowed; but
lawful claims, not required to be probated and registered, which are not
filed with the Clerk by 10:30 a.m. on the 31st day of October, A. D.,
2023, shall be barred as to any surplus that remains after paying in
full all claims allowed by the court at the examination and adjudication
named in the notice.
Pursuant to Section 91-7-269 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as
Amended, all creditors are hereby notified to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Franklin County Board of Supervisors,
Mississippi, will receive written sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 am
local time on Friday, October 6, 2023 at the office of the Franklin

39653 for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and for performing
all activities specified in the Contract Documents, for the construction
of the 2023 NRCS Tennessee Street .
The project includes the Streambank restoration and stabilization with
borrow excavation and riprap stone The Contract Time will be Sixty (60)
consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $200 per
consecutive calendar day thereafter.
Plans, contract documents and proposal forms are on file for public
inspection in the office of the Franklin County Board of Supervisors, 36
Main St, East, Meadville, MS 39653, and in the office of the Engineer,

TAKE NOTICE that Miss-Lou Operating, LLC ("Petitioner") has filed a
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under
Statewide Rule 28 for the Calcote Prospect No. 1 Well (API No.
23-037-21495) ("the Well") in the Jeff Smith Field, Franklin County,
Mississippi and for other relief as set forth in the Petition. The
Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the
Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of
October, 2023, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on November 26, 2012, Jerry J. Pernell, husband, and wife and
Miranda Pernell, husband and wife executed a deed of trust for the
benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
beneficiary, as nominee for United Wholesale Mortgage, its successors
and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on December 30, 2012, as
Instrument No. 053410, in Book 286, Page 1, as having been modified by
an agreement recorded on July 11, 2016 and recorded in Book 310, Page
206 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Franklin County, Mississippi;
and Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to
Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded Book 318, Page 492
in the office of the Chancery Clerk, Franklin County, Mississippi.
WHEREAS, the holder of the deed of trust at the time of the substitution
substituted McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC as Trustee, as authorized
by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded on December 15, 2021, and
spread at large upon the records in the office of the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk in Book 339, Page 295, prior to the posting and publication of
this notice; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of the
deed of trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
