SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on April 15, 2016, Dennis McDaniel and Virginia McDaniel
executed a Deed of Trust to J. Barret Martin, as Trustee for United
Mississippi Bank, being the Lender therein, under the terms of which the
hereinafter described property was conveyed to said Trustee to secure
the payment to the said Lender of a certain indebtedness therein
mentioned and described, which Deed of Trust is of record in Book 307,
at page 616, among the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on file
in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Franklin County, Mississippi;
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was modified by that certain Partial Release
dated July 9, 2020 and recorded July 10, 2020 in Book 331, at Page 51 of
the records in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Franklin County,

WHEREAS, by Substitution of Trustee dated July 7, 2023, and recorded
