Funeral services for Horace Clifton Ramsey, 71, of Smithdale, were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Franklin County with Pastor Oliver Smith officiating.

Interment was in the church cemetery.

Visitation was held from 10 a.m., until the time of service on Thursday, May 25 at the church.

He was born to Clifton and Ray Lucas Ramsey on Oct. 8, 1951, in Amite County, and passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023.
